if i’ve been a little MIA on my blog lately it’s because i’ve been gone for about a month. i seriously spent maybe 7 out of the last 35 days in nashville (two of those were unfortunately during part deux of that pesky ice storm which knocked the heater out in my house and caused us to use up our entire stockpile of firewood — God bless fireplaces!!!!). john and i spent 10 days in eastern europe and were fortunate enough to “get stuck” with a 12 hour layover in one of my favorite cities on the planet — PARIS! oh la la, i love this place to pieces. i’ve got…

europe part dos
just wanted to share a few more photos from the 2nd half of our trip to europe — rome and ireland! glad to be home but oh so sad to have left…. yesssssssssss!!!! went to the cliffs of moher. got there just as the fog rolled in. and let me tell you…it was some SERIOUS fog. check it out below (you may have to squint to see the outline of the cliffs). the long and winding road…..driving in ireland on the left hand side was a bit of an experience. never quite got used to sitting on the left side of the car with no steering wheel in front of…
