aileen and lee’s engagement session
aileen and lee are the kind of people you could hang out with. in fact, i kinda felt more like we were hanging than “working.” it was a good time, they are some super laid back folks. what i appreciated about them was that though they weren’t your typical lovey-dovey, PDA (public display of affection) couple, they instead seemed more like best friends and seemed to just genuinely care about each other and enjoyed each other’s company. they laughed a lot and it was really cool to watch, and even cooler that they were up for whatever ideas i came up with for photos. check ’em out…. i did my…

the woodard family!!
i very rarely get the chance to shoot family photos, particularly ones that involve children. so needless to say i was so excited to shoot with the woodard family while in columbia, south carolina this week. robby was a groomsmen in mark and lisa’s wedding and loved the photos. he wrote me a few weeks back and told me to look him up next time i was in columbia so that we could get together and do some photos of the kids. just so happens, boyfriend and i were planning a trip so we made it happen. so glad i did! cutest kids i’ve had the pleasure of hanging with…

um…so there are a TON of photos in this blog! i had so much fun shooting at amelia and daniel’s wedding a few weeks ago. so much fun in fact, i took WAAYYYYY too many photos and it’s taken me forever to go through them all. i couldn’t narrow it down to the normal 20-ish photos because i just loved the setting of the entire wedding and had to include everything. check it out!! creme brulee instead of cake!!! my kind of people…. amelia and daniel, you, your family and your friends are some of the most fun people i’ve had the chance to work with. i hope you enjoy…
