nashville photographer — sarah + matt maternity photos
i feel like a million bucks simply because i’ve gotten to spend a few hours in the sunshine. not to mention that the arrival of spring means i get back in the saddle of taking photos of beautiful people again. sarah and matt are getting ready to welcome their son into the world in a few weeks so we met up at arrington vineyards on the most gorgeous of days and had a really fun session. they were so easy going, totally my kind of folks. plus they’re naming their son Sterling which is basically incredible. check ’em out… can’t wait till sweet baby sterling arrives! best of luck in the next…

i’ve been anxiously waiting for some good weather to get my camera on this little cutie. look at that hair! and those dimples! i always enjoy making the short trek to downtown franklin to do photos. there’s so much texture and so much to work with, it’s a great location for portraits. check out theo making his debut appearance on the hannah elaine blog. so happy to meet you guys, thanks for being so patient with the bad weather and for meeting me out last weekend! hannah

if i’ve been a little MIA on my blog lately it’s because i’ve been gone for about a month. i seriously spent maybe 7 out of the last 35 days in nashville (two of those were unfortunately during part deux of that pesky ice storm which knocked the heater out in my house and caused us to use up our entire stockpile of firewood — God bless fireplaces!!!!). john and i spent 10 days in eastern europe and were fortunate enough to “get stuck” with a 12 hour layover in one of my favorite cities on the planet — PARIS! oh la la, i love this place to pieces. i’ve got…
