kathryn + matt — christmas
it seems like 2014 was a crazy year for so many people but i think few probably had it as crazy as these two. kathryn and matt were on the way to their wedding rehearsal dinner back in october when they got a call that kathryn’s mom, sister, and her two boys were in a terrible car accident. the boys and her sister were on their way to one hospital (no life threatening injuries), but her mom was being life-flighted to vanderbilt and they had no word about her status. it was a nightmare come true and the status of kathryn’s mom was critical and uncertain for hours and hours. needless to…

three boys under five! give these parents an award! or a high five. or a glass of wine. or all of the above! paxton, peyton and parker are these wonderfully spirited little dudes and we had a great time playing and taking photos in the westhaven neighborhood. they were cracking me up and certainly keeping me on my toes. and they may also be responsible for one of my favorite christmas themed photos i’ve ever taken (see below, christmas tree on the car pic). check out these cuties… who doesn’t love ending a good session with a cake smash? it’s good to turn one, i’ll tell you that much!…
