doug + joy — the wedding!
doug and joy had an absolutely outstanding wedding at union station hotel last saturday. i think i can safely say that joy wore the most elated glow that i’ve ever seen on a bride. it was inspiring to watch her excitement about marrying the love of her life, doug. what a fantastic couple! i mean, seriously!! just look how happy she is! showing off the bling… doug and joy, i can’t believe it already came and went! seems like just yesterday we were meeting for the first time to talk about the wedding and voila! i’m so thrilled for you both and hope the two of you (and kona) have…

while on vacation in new england my husband and i were on our way to the grocery store to get a few things when we spied this little veggie stand and pulled over. it turned out to be the most magical and charming little pick-your-own-flowers-and-veggies place. below is a list of the “rules.” notice the mail slot: “cape elizabeth honor system — put your money in the slot.” oh my heavens. biggest sunflowers! i hope ours get that tall :) and my handsome husband just cuz i like his face :) of course the food was delicious. makes our garden look a little pitiful and yet gives me hope for…

cheekwood botanical gardens!!!! every time i go there i remember why i love it so much. add to how awesome it is a really great couple AND Chihuly on display throughout the whole park….BLAM! engagement session extraordinaire. katherine heard about me from a former bride of mine (remember melissa and houston??) and after meeting with her and marcus they decided to take the plunge and choose me for their wedding photographer. i’m was so pleased then and even more so now after having spent some time with them at last weekend’s engagement session. check out some of the pics we got…. cheekwood is awesome. chihuly…i’m definitely a convert. and to…
