• mindy + matt – the wedding!

    to quote ol’ blue eyes himself….”my kind of town, chicago is…” introducing the ever-so-lovely wedding of mindy and matt, who’s engagement session i shot a year and a half ago (geez, has it really been that long?!) in chi-town. much to my utter excitement they liked the photos enough to ask me back to shoot the wedding which took place last weekend at the south shore cultural center, consequently where the Obama’s had their wedding reception. SOOOOO gorgeous! i LOVE shooting in new places and chicago never gets old. every time i go there i love that city more….le sigh. check out some of the photos we got! woohoo! mindy…

  • isaac — the next big thing

    don’t be surprised if you start seeing this kid’s face in commercials, ads and teen heart throb magazines. though he is mere weeks from his 22nd birthday he has that eternal teenage look that could potentially earn him that forever young status along the lines of joey lawrence or michael j. fox. in a few months he’ll be on his way to the great state of california to pursue modeling/acting and professional rollerblading. who knows….maybe when he’s rich, famous and surrounded by beautiful women he’ll remember his first mini-modeling session with little ol’ hannah elaine :) \ good luck, my friend! don’t forget us little people when you’re the next…

  • blogging instead of blogging

    had an amazing bridal shoot on saturday that very nearly got totally ruined by monstrous thunderstorms. fortunately, we wrapped up the outside portion of the shoot just in time before the skies opened up and all hell broke loose. unfortunately, i can’t blog any of those photos in case a curious groom comes wandering across my blog…..the wedding is not until october so we’ll all just have to wait! in the mean time, since my birthday was last week, here’s a peek at the fauxtaux booth in action at my party: book the fauxtaux booth for your next event — it’s seriously so much fun. and i’m not just saying…
