ah, the beautiful bluegrass state. 2 for 2 on beautiful weddings in kentucky for the year! rachel and jason got married saturday on her parent’s farm. every detail was so sweet and beautiful. it was definitely a hot day to say the least, but somehow this unbelievable breeze blew across the grounds right as the ceremony began and cooled everything off dramatically. unreal! rachel looked like she walked straight out of a fashion magazine. i’ll let the photos tell the tale…. i LOVE the limes! all the beverages were served in these mason jars. i liked it so much i kept mine :) how cute are these kids? for the…

a maternity session…of sorts….
wow!! so…uh….went on our annual vacation last weekend with some friends of ours. we were doing an abbreviated version this year for several reasons. one of those reasons being that one of the participants, cristi, was 7.5 months pregnant. we planned on the first week of august to give plenty of room before the due date which was september 15th. as you can probably surmise by this point, baby samuel had other plans for his arrival. cristi’s water broke unexpectedly at about 11 pm on saturday night, the 31st and samuel augustine was born at 3:30 the next afternoon!! so instead of the maternity session we were planning on doing…
