columbia engagement photos — taylor + jared

i get so excited when i get to shoot in a place that is outside my normal rotation of locations. even cooler is getting to shoot in a new location with a friend and finally getting the chance to meet her fiancé. i had the great joy to photograph taylor and jared in downtown columbia, sc on a rare, beautiful and sunny winter saturday. taylor has a keen eye for architecture and angles so i was just flipping out with her choice of locations. columbia really is a cool city, it was so much fun shooting there. and to make the experience even better, taylor and jared were naturals in front of the camera. i’m so excited with how these turned out, check out this little sneak peek…

such a fun day, makes me so excited for the wedding this fall! thanks taylor and jared for being such champs about tromping all over the city and for finding such awesome locations. can’t wait to show you the rest!!
