A renaissance Fabio horseback inspired engagement
this is by far one of my most favorite and fun photo shoots i’ve ever done! my dear old friend jonathan called me a few weeks ago and told me he was going to propose to his girlfriend elaina [the ever-talented gal behind the Beauty Sensei blog] and asked if i would be available to come capture the moment. as he went on to explain the elaborate plan, in typical jonathan fashion, things got progressively weirder (and, might i add, more awesome) with every detail: a white linen “fabio” suit, copious amounts of gold chains, a horse named jasper, and a princess bride-inspired red velvet renaissance dress. oh, and of course…
